THE ICENIAN MENTORING PROGRAM

Digital mentoring programs are online mentoring programs that connect mentors and mentees through digital tools and platforms. These programs offer several benefits over traditional mentoring programs, including accessibility, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Participants can connect with mentors from anywhere in the world, set their own schedules, and communicate at their own pace. Digital mentoring programs can be particularly helpful for individuals living in remote or underserved areas or with physical disabilities that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
