Informatio provided by his old school pal, Barry Lincoln (56):
"I am afraid I am the bearer of bad news as Paul, one of our lunch chaps until recently, has died. He was 86 I think and was in my form at Langley from 1950-56. He was a boarder in Mancroft. After school he went into the building trade, like others of his family, eventually working for many years in London as a manager for Laing’s. He was married with daughters of whom he was proud and the family home was always in Norfolk with Paul staying in London during the week and spending weekends at home with the family. When he retired he moved home permanently. In his latter years he was a widower and unfortunately began to lose his sight due to macular degeneration. He moved into a retirement home in Ber Street in Norwich where he died on 1/12/25. I am awaiting details of funeral arrangements - details to follow"
If anyone has any details they would like to share about Paul, during his Langley days, or otherwise, please get in touch.
