News in brief |
Lt Col Garth Wright - 1944-1951 - served in the US Air Force in the Vietnam War and was recognised for his 'Professionalism, confidence and extraordinary coolness under fire' with the award of the Air Force Cross. When leaving the USAF, he went on to become a lecturer in Military History in the USA. He is now retired in California and would love to hear from anyone that remembers him, or times at Beech Hill. Barry Lincoln (56) remembers him as 'quite the actor'.
